
Ivory Duncan is a dynamic educator, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles. As the founder of Embracing Neuro-Diversity, LLC, Ivory empowers parents, educators, and organizations to support neurodiverse children through curriculum, consultation, and coaching. A proud mother of a neurodiverse child, Ivory’s journey has deepened her commitment to inclusion, belonging, and equity. Her work is guided by compassion, education, and innovation, focusing on creating spaces where every child can thrive. Ivory's experience spans Title I schools, postsecondary leadership design, and equity training, serving culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Recently returning to her hometown of Kansas City after 15 years in Chicago, Ivory is passionate about making a local impact through her expertise. Beyond education, she hosts the podcast Embracing Neuro-Diversity, offering support to parents of neurodiverse children. Ivory’s work aims to foster community, inspire growth, and create meaningful change.
